coffee and eggs

I'm drinking my half calf, eating my eggs and cheese, feeling good. I'm good in the am. What I didn't realize was how hard it'd be to not drink sodas during the day! Somewhere between a year ago and now I became a secret (from me even) soda junky! I'm aware now! So, I'm going to rock the half calf in the am (and water the rest of the day) for a few days until I'll move to decaf only.

i am trying to limit the number of "cokes" i have in a day (by coke I mean diet coke). i drink caffeine free, but i need lots more water

It's very smart of you to cut down on the caffeine gradually! So many people who do it all at once end up with nasty headaches.

Soda is without a doubt the best single thing you can do for yourself. There are tons of useless calories that you don't even think about as you grab the next can or bottle. Water is the way to go. Good luck with this Diana.

I stopped drink soda in January, I didn't think it would be that hard. I really missed it, especially at dinner and watching TV.
