I can't find my camera cable...and it didn't have the card in the camera :( As soon as I find it I'll post pics.

I'm having a hard time fiting in exercise (super stressed and busy with the deadline approaching). I think I only walked one day with the doggie. So not the way to be healthier. It'd be ok though if I were watching what I'm eating - I mean besides watching it enter my mouth and go straight to my hips! :( I'll get there, I just need to make sure my whole future isn't down the tubes. I'll be so glad when Friday is done.

Can you make up a big batch of soup or pasta to have through the week?

Good luck with your big deadline! Picture your happiness next weekend. (sometimes that helps me with the stress of deadlines...or not! ;))

I've got to improve the regularity of my exercising (and healthy eating), too. (esp. with Halloween around the corner. oy.)

I'm with MizFit--try your best, but no need to add guilt to the mix too, especially when it's a temporary situation. Good luck with that deadline!

Sometimes it feels really good to say, "I'm just not going to worry about X and Y this week." Then just put those things out of your head. No sense feeling guilty about anything -- it will only add to your stress. If you need to back off exercise for a week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, don't beat yourself up! You'll get back to it!!!
